Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and QA documentation.
• Experience with HR processes and state government workflow practices.
• Translating HR domain knowledge into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Producing clear functional specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process redesign and automation of HR workflows.
• Testing complex applications and validating against requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, implementation plans, and documentation for HR automation releases.
• Analyze current business processes, perform As-Is analysis, and design To-Be processes to automate HR workflows.
• Translate high level requirements into detailed business documents and functional specs.
• Facilitate sessions with HR SMEs to elicit and prioritize requirements including data/integration needs.
• Perform data analysis to define data requirements and validate data relationships.
• Evaluate integrations and perform impact analysis for future needs and systems.
