ArnAmy, Inc. in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, backlog management and QA for an HR automation initiative.
You will liaise between HR subject matter experts and the Office of Work Program and Budget (OWPB) to translate HR needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will participate in iterative release planning, engage stakeholders across HR and OWPB, and produce documentation for developers and end users.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or financial related field.
- 6 years professional work experience; experience may substitute for the degree.
- CBAP, ISTQB or similar certifications preferred.

- Coordinate requirements gathering and backlog planning for HR automation initiatives.
- Translate HR business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead QA and UAT activities to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Develop, maintain, and share functional specifications and test artifacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and document decisions for development teams.
- Produce project schedules, plans, and documentation for management and end users.
