• 7+ years in QA and/or Business Analysis.
• 7+ years with Agile software development.
• 7+ years manual testing.
• 7+ years automation testing with various tools.
• 7+ years Azure DevOps/TFS.
• 7+ years in meetings with stakeholders to discuss business processes.
• 7+ years JAD techniques.
• 7+ years UAT.
• 7+ years designing, maintaining automated testing frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model).
• 7+ years generating automation scripts.
• 7+ years translating functional specs to technical specs.
• Experience with REST API / microservices testing (5+ years).
• CJIS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
• Perform test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test execution, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with staff.
• Provide quality assurance efforts for business processes performed by FNW or that are expected to result from new business needs and/or legislative changes.
• Complete a series of tasks needed for the FANS modernization project and the maintenance of FNW applications.
• Work full-time with Department staff to understand the intended business needs and technical requirements of tasks necessary to ensure deliverables are met and conform to Department standards.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, design/development/testing meetings, technical documentation reviews, and testing.
• Design, maintain, and update automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Page Object Model) and validate REST APIs and microservices using Postman or Insomnia, so that testing stays aligned with UI changes and new feature deployments.
