SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to support long-term IT projects through requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation. The role emphasizes Agile practices, JAD sessions, and building automated testing frameworks.

You will perform REST API and microservices testing, create technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT with QA teams. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years IT business/industry work experience.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support IT projects through business requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, technical documentation, and software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, automated testing frameworks, REST API testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT business/industry work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience performing business analysis on IT projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements gathering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Minimum 7 years of experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated testing frameworks from scratch, including frameworks using the Page Object Model.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automation testing, including designing, writing, and executing test scripts using Selenium or similar tools to validate system functionality and identify software defects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience creating and updating automation scripts to accommodate UI changes and new feature deployments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in REST API and microservices testing, including endpoint validation, contract checks, and payload verification using Insomnia or similar tools.
• Proficiency in testing and validating REST APIs using Postman, Insomnia, or other API testing tools.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications for development teams.
• Minimum 7 years of experience translating business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Minimum 7 years of experience converting meeting discussions and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow diagrams.
• Minimum 7 years of experience creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with QA teams, coordinating UAT schedules, conducting UAT sessions, and guiding business testers through workflows.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with process modeling and diagramming tools, such as Microsoft Visio.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing, including developing test scenarios and executing manual tests against business requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing, including designing, writing, and executing automated test scripts to identify software defects.
