Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation, including independent facilitation with executives and subject matter experts (5+ years);
• Experience with process mapping/modeling tools such as MS Visio;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams for collaboration and document management;
• Experience with data migration practices, testing and quality assurance tools/techniques, and change and release management;
• Experience with translating business requirements into technical specifications, functional documentation, context diagrams, and technical overviews;
• Experience with business case development, as-is/to-be analysis, scope definition, data analysis, and performance metrics reporting;
• Experience with system analysis and design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques;
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and software development practices;
• Experience with State of Florida IT standards, methodologies, and governance practices, including Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, F.A.C., and PMBOK principles;

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI;
• Experience with Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs;
• Certification in any of the following: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Owner (CSO), CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMP, or ITIL.
