Job summary

Habasit America is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for our manufacturing operations. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, leave coordination, and HRIS administration for non-exempt staff.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, Payroll Manager, and department leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and professional HR service. Prior HRIS and payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, workers' comp, and leave administration.
• Strong communication, records accuracy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for assigned operations and frontline leaders.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, relations, and HRIS maintenance.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, leaves, and compliance with laws.
• Support investigations and provide data-driven workforce reporting.
• Assist with training, engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
