Job summary

Vidorra Consulting Group in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our HR applications portfolio. You will work with the lead HR BSA to keep HR systems and integrations running day-to-day while identifying automation, low-code apps, and AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual work.

The role is half hands-on HR systems support and half process improvement, requiring strong knowledge of HR technology and a passion for building tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with HR tech experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience: integrations, processes, reporting or security.
• Experience using AI or generative AI to improve processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and audit or SOX-style controls.
• Strong communication with HR stakeholders and outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR applications and support HR systems across the portfolio.
• Own HR Apps backlog in Azure DevOps and groom requirements.
• Coordinate changes with vendors and ensure audit controls.
• Design automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform.
• Build Power BI dashboards to monitor integration health.
