Job summary

247Hire seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to configure, support, and optimize SuccessFactors modules in alignment with HR processes. The role provides functional expertise through implementation and support engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams on integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities include configuration, issue analysis, fit-gap assessments, documentation, testing support, and end-user training to ensure best practices are followed and HR systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors functional experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with business process design and solution documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
