Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to optimize HRIS workflows, generate robust reports, and drive system improvements. You will partner with the HR Systems team to analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement integrations that enhance data integrity and efficiency across our HR landscape.

The role requires a strong background in HRIS, reporting capabilities, and experience implementing systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
At least five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role.
Experience with human resources functions and concepts.
Experience with systems and/or process implementation.
Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Administer HR Systems modules and workflows, ensuring data is captured and reported accurately.
Serve as subject matter expert for HR System modules and processes with data integrity and updates.
Maintain and design reports, including ad hoc queries.
Support existing interfaces and design/maintain new interfaces and integrations.
Collaborate with vendors and business partners on upgrades and data flow.
Advise departments on HR Systems updates, configuration, testing and implementation.
Document workflows, changes, upgrades, and training materials as needed.
Provide troubleshooting for current team members and assess project requirements.
