Job summary

Casey Family Programs is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide strategic, technical and tactical HR support across a wide range of functions. You will build relationships across the organization, advise staff on policies, and lead initiatives in employee relations, performance management and program management.

You will conduct investigations, manage case files, ensure documentation is accurate, and collaborate with Total Rewards and Organizational Development to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR, SPHR or other HR designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a HR Generalist or HRBP role with Employee Relations experience.
• Experience designing and implementing HR programs and delivering trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical HR support across employee relations, performance management, investigations and HR program management.
• Advise staff and managers on policies, procedures, and programs; mediate conflicts and coach on improvement plans.
• Plan and conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, prepare reports, and ensure timely, compliant actions.
