Clark Davis Associates is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage, optimize, and support the HR technology environment. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure HR systems operate efficiently and enhance the employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS administration, with hands-on experience across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits modules. Strong analytical, data reporting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits modules.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, workflows, reporting, and system administration.
• Experience managing system releases, testing, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced or transformation-focused environment is a plus.
• Experience with HR analytics tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator, managing configuration, security, functionality, and workflows across HRIS modules.
• Continuously optimize HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement system enhancements.
• Manage system releases, testing, and integrations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data.
• Build and deliver reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into people-related metrics.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing reliable HR analytics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HR users.
