Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to analyze and support HR systems, focusing on workflows, data integrity, reporting, and integrations. You’ll partner with HR and IT to implement improvements and ensure accurate data across systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least five years in HRIS, with experience in HR functions and reporting. Local onsite work in the Casey’s HR team is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role.
• Experience with HR functions and concepts and with systems implementation.
• Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain day-to-day HR Systems activities, configurations and workflows.
• Serve as SME for HR System modules and ensure data integrity and updates.
• Maintain reports and run queries to support business needs.
• Provide support for interfaces and data bridges, and assist with new integrations.
• Partner with vendors to support system upgrades and data flow across systems.
• Consult with departments on updates to HR Systems configurations and testing.
• Audit and document workflow processes, upgrades and communications.
