Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR technology, with a focus on Workday, low-code automation, and AI-driven process improvement. The role is in Tulsa, OK and emphasizes HR tech integrations and secure data handling.

You will manage Workday HCM integrations, build Power Apps workflows, and drive data mapping and secure transfers within an Agile environment leveraging Azure DevOps and ITIL/SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in HR technology or HRIS/HCM.
• 3+ years of HR technology experience, with hands-on Workday experience (integrations, processes, reporting or security).
• Experience with low-code tools and AI to improve business processes.
• Experience with integrations, SFTP/PGP, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding ITIL change management and SOX-style controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Workday HCM modules, including integrations, processes, reporting and security.
• Build apps and automated workflows in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Apply AI and generative AI tools to streamline HR processes.
• Manage system integrations, SFTP/PGP transfers, and data mapping.
• Deliver work in Agile using Azure DevOps.
• Adhere to ITIL change management and SOX/audit controls.
• Translate technical issues for HR stakeholders and external vendors.
