Palo Pinto General Hospital is seeking an HR Representative PRN to support the HR team on an as-needed basis. The role handles onboarding, background checks, employee inquiries, and records maintenance in line with policies and legal requirements.

This flexible, hourly position offers opportunities to work day shifts with occasional evenings or weekends for events, and includes eligibility for shift differential where applicable.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a human resources support role or related administrative position with heavy customer service duties.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Mansioni

• Assist with onboarding of applicants.
• Enter background check information into system for reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
