Job summary

UnityPoint Health seeks an HR Support Specialist to assist the HR department across compliance, HRIS reporting, onboarding, and employee relations. The role supports data integrity, audits, and reports while collaborating with ERP/HRBP and other COEs.

The position is PRN with weekday availability and involves front desk coverage, file administration, and cross-functional HR activities to ensure efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience required, with focus on processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in affiliate/system meetings/committees as needed.
• Assist in onboarding content and New Employee Orientation support.
• Provide front desk coverage and assist with employee file administration and I-9 audits.
• Support unemployment processes and collaborate with ERP/HRBP for best outcomes.
• Develop HR data knowledge and run reports using Lawson, Power BI, SharePoint and Compensation reporting.
