Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Associates plus HR support experience 2 years acceptable.
• High School diploma with 5 years HR support experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Support unemployment claims processing and tracking.
• Coordinate and resolve general HR inquiries for Employee Relations & HRBP.
• Schedule organizational and training sessions; track attendance in Workday.
• Organize New Leader Orientation and prepare materials.
• Maintain documentation of employee records and confidentiality.
• Assist with performance management processes and file documentation.
• Compile HR data for reporting and trend analysis.
• Support department leaders with calendar and meeting coordination.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
