You will engage via phone, email, chat, and online tools, providing timely, accurate responses and escalating complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, customer service, call center, or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries by phone, email, chat, and online support systems.
• Assist with questions regarding HR policies, employee benefits, payroll, employment verification, leaves of absence, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Research questions, identify solutions, and resolve issues during the initial interaction.
• Document inquiries, maintain accurate case records, and track requests through resolution.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate HR department.
• Provide employees with updates on outstanding requests and next steps.
• Help employees navigate HR resources and online self-service tools.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service and quality expectations.
