TUEREN, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to guide policies, coach managers, and ensure legal compliance across federal, state, and local laws.

The role requires supervising HR activities, managing audits, optimizing timekeeping, payroll records, benefits enrollment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. A strong, confidential communicator with at least six years in HR is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and Workers' Comp.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Ability to lead an HR team and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining personnel policies and procedures.
• Provide HR guidance and coaching to employees and managers on policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Process complaints regarding harassment or discrimination and employee relations issues.
• Assist management with external audits and manage internal HR audits.
• Prepare HR reports and employment statistics.
• Conduct performance reviews for non-exempt employees and address performance issues.
• Administer employee benefits and manage enrollment for all employees.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation for both exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Support recruiting, selection and hiring of new employees.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR processes and align with enterprise standards.
