Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Irving, TX seeks an HR Supervisor to advise DC management on HR matters and assist with staffing and benefits processing. You will work closely with the DC Manager and supervise the HR staff, ensuring policy guidelines and performance standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business with an HR concentration and 3+ years of HR generalist/supervisor experience, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with an HR concentration.
• Minimum 3 years HR generalist/supervisor experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; read/write/speak both languages at college level.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good organizational skills; knowledge of DC operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise DC management on HR areas.
• Assist DC Manager with employee and temp staffing.
• Coordinate performance management and policy adherence.
• Facilitate effective communication between all levels of employees.
• Work with temporary agencies to ensure policy adherence.
• Serve as payroll/benefits backup.
• Investigate employee complaints and EEOC charges.
• Implement and apply company policies and procedures.
• Monitor DC environment and advise management of issues.
• Supervise daily HR staff activities.
