Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional for a management role at our Dallas, TX headquarters. Under general supervision, you will assist in policy design, development, training, and the implementation of HR procedures, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and internal standards.

Requirements include five years of HR experience across multiple functions or a bachelor’s degree with three years in HR, plus preferred degrees in business or HR management.

Qualifications

• Five years of Human Resources experience in one or more Human Resources functions.
• Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in Human Resources in one or more Human Resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in researching, collecting, and analyzing data. Makes recommendations to management.
• Keeps abreast of upcoming Human Resources (HR) related government regulations, policies, and law changes. Research to determine applicability and communicates the overall impact to key stakeholders.
• Assists in the design, development, training initiatives, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Answers questions on Human Resources policies and procedures. Interprets and provides advice on complex Human Resources issues.
