Job summary

TERSUS Solutions in Denver seeks an HR Coordinator to partner with the HR Director and own core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on role offers autonomy beyond administrative tasks, enabling focus on compliance, investigations, and expansion work.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration, maintain HRIS data integrity, handle employee relations, and support office and warehouse staff with HR questions. Colorado experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience with ownership of at least one core function.
• Knowledge of FMLA and state leave laws; Colorado experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with discretion handling confidential information.
• Clear, professional communication with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit full-cycle hiring for assigned roles from posting to offer.
• Run end-to-end onboarding with minimal oversight.
• Administer employee benefits and manage open enrollment logistics.
• Manage FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and other leave requests.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Monitor trainings, postings, and filings across jurisdictions.
• Be a trusted resource for warehouse and office staff on HR questions.
