Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Miami, FL seeks a Human Resources Supervisor to lead HR at the Miami Distribution Center, partnering with site leadership to support about 110 employees. The role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, retention initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years HR experience, supervisory potential, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and recruiting.
• Supervisory or HR leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, benefits, HR policies, and employee relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the Miami Distribution Center, guiding policies, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and job offers.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws.
