Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support a busy distribution and operations environment. You will partner with leadership to align workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

You will advise management on HR policies, manage staffing, oversee performance reviews, and supervise the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR Generalist and supervisory experience.
• Experience in recruitment, temporary staffing, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, labor relations, safety, and workers' compensation.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership on staffing needs, including direct hires and temporary workforce management.
• Coordinate and oversee performance management programs to ensure evaluations and policy guidelines are administered effectively and on schedule.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Supervise and support the daily activities of HR team members.
• Investigate employee concerns, provide guidance on personnel matters, and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain unemployment claims documentation and represent the organization when required.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and maintenance of personnel records.
