Job summary

QCD, a Quality Custom Distribution Services subsidiary of GSF, seeks a Human Resources Supervisor for our Miami Distribution Center, supporting ~110 employees. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on, coaching role.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Travel and fast-paced distribution knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, recruiting, HR administration.
  • Supervisory or HR leadership experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

  • Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Coordinate leave administration, drug and alcohol testing programs, benefits communications, and required workplace notices.
  • Monitor HR compliance requirements and ensure labor law postings, reporting, and documentation remain current.
  • Support special projects and HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.

Human Resources Supervisor – Miami, FL

What You'll Do:

You'll serve as the lead Human Resources representative for our Miami Distribution Center, partnering closely with site leadership to support a workforce of approximately 110 employees. This role is focused on building a strong employee experience through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, retention initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, on‑site position located in Miami, Florida.
  • Supports a non‑union distribution center with approximately 110 employees.
  • Works closely with the Distribution Center General Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager.
  • Regular presence in both office and warehouse operational environments.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Fast‑paced distribution and logistics environment supporting daily operations.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range (Base Pay): Dependent on Experience
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Other Compensation: May include overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
