Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist in Rialto, CA to support Distribution and Receive Centers within the Global Supply Chain and Logistics HR team. You will enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, onboarding, and day-to-day HR services.

You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance, handling confidential information with care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years administrative/HR support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
