Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Partner to execute a strategy that optimizes human capital and supports business unit objectives. You will partner with People Operations and COEs to create a safe environment, focus on retention and development, and leverage the Employee Value Proposition.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years relevant work experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication across levels.

• Execute HR strategy to drive vision and effective HR utilization.
• Influence behavior to uphold safety and HR principles; identify risk patterns.
• Champion EID initiatives and build networks for feedback and corrective action.
• Provide coaching to leadership; determine workforce strategy with COEs and People Operations.
• Evaluate talent and development; monitor programs against ROI; drive future-ready workforce.
