Tyson Foods in the United States is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to partner with business teams to implement HR programs, provide frontline support, and guide on routine Employee relations matters. You will collaborate with People Operations and the HR Centers of Expertise to drive engagement and retention.

You will handle onboarding, performance management, benefits enrollment, and HR reporting while conducting workplace investigations and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years HR experience in an HRBP environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution, HR project work, and benefits management preferred; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business teams to implement and administer HR programs.
• Provide first-line support for day-to-day inquiries and coaching on routine matters.
• Support onboarding for new hires and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in performance planning, documentation, and collaboration with compliance/legal departments.
• Conduct workplace investigations and track responses to claims.
• Own administrative activities: HR reporting, data analysis, exit processes, and employee transactions.
• Support HRBP leadership with data gathering, presentations, and communications.
• Support retention and engagement initiatives across the business.
