Carrier seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor aligning HR programs with global business goals. You will collaborate with leadership across regions to implement people strategies and drive organizational performance.

The role requires coaching senior leaders, managing complex employee relations, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions while leveraging data to inform HR decisions and drive change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role supporting business units.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting global business units, multinational teams, or diverse employee populations across multiple countries and cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR execution aligned with Carrier's global direction and measurable outcomes.
• Organizational design, workforce planning, and resource optimization using data analytics.
