Job summary

The role requires a four-year degree in Human Resources and 3+ years of HR experience. Salary range is $95,000–$110,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 or more year's progressive human resources experience.
• Operate with a high degree of freedom within corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs the execution of HR policies, wage/salary administration, safety, benefits, and labor relations.
• Partners with plant leadership as the primary HR strategic advisor for the bakery.
• Develops a trusted advisor relationship with plant leadership and guides talent development and succession planning.
• Manages talent recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, Harassment, Safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
