Qualifications

• Qualifying experience as HR liaison, providing guidance and executing actions across all phases of human resources management.
• Qualifying experience includes drafting position descriptions, personnel policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience improving HR processes and workflow efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Serves as HR liaison for DCDC, advising on planning, development, evaluation, and management of HR programs.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, performance appraisals, monitoring, promotions, and awards for DCDC.
• Writes DCDC position descriptions, personnel policies, and standard operating procedures to improve HR processes and workflow efficiency.
• Collects and analyzes DCDC HR data and produces metrics to support senior leader decision-making.
• Analyzes organizational and manpower changes, advises leadership on impacts, and recommends personnel changes.
