Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and conducts studies of plans and programs to propose solutions for complex, long-term mission issues in information systems security.
• Applies a broad range of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to determine program progress and successes.
• Manages and executes prior year and current year funding (DWCF/appropriated).
• Manages contracts by creating, executing, and analyzing contracts to maximize performance and minimize risk.
