Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is recruiting for a Senior HR position within the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC). The role, under the Cyber Excepted Service (CES), focuses on human resources planning, development, evaluation, and management to support mission-critical cyber operations.

The incumbent will handle personnel actions, write position descriptions, analyze HR data, and advise leadership on manpower changes.

Formación

• To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
• Experience may include paid or unpaid work, volunteer service, or military service, equivalent to the next lower grade level in the federal service.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the HR liaison for the DCDC, advising on and executing planning, development, evaluation and management of HR programs.
• Supports all phases of personnel actions including recruitment, hiring, performance appraisals, monitoring, promotions and awards.
• Writes DCDC position descriptions, personnel policies and SOPs and improves HR processes and workflow efficiency.
• Collects analyzes DCDC HR data and produces metrics for senior leader decision-making and decision papers.
• Analyzes organizational and manpower changes, advising leadership on impacts and recommending personnel changes to the JTD.
