Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 5-7 years of HR generalist experience or HR investigations specialist experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues; interview complainants, witnesses and subjects; analyze data; adjudicate cases; produce documentation.
• Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive mitigation.
• Consult and collaborate with business partners, Legal teams, and third-party vendors on complex investigations.
• Balance time between projects and crisis-response in a fast-paced environment.
