Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Director of HR to drive corporate HR initiatives in support of business strategy. You will advise management, interpret policies, and lead employee relations and benefits programs, while partnering on organization design and succession planning.

Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation, evaluating training needs, and ensuring effective HR operations across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and at least 5 years HR generalist experience.
• Food and Beverage industry experience and DSD experience desired.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.
• Able to work as a team member, work well under stress, and handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with all management staff, employees, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and counsel to management on HR issues.
• Provides interpretation of policies & procedures to management and employees.
• Handles various employee relations issues.
• Provides administration and education on PBV benefits and compensation programs.
• Partners with management on organization structure, succession planning and employee development.
• Conducts new hire orientation and training and development needs assessment for employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
