Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee development at our Marion, IL location. You will partner with leadership to align staffing with business goals and ensure compliance across OSHA and related safety programs.

The role emphasizes building strong talent pipelines, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering a high-touch employee experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Formación

• Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training.
• Strong communicator with leadership abilities.
• Warehouse or manufacturing background a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience)

Responsabilidades

• Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition.
• Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent.
• Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies.
• Keep safety and compliance on track (OSHA logs, incident trends, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales & management on HR and marketing initiatives
