Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of HR to drive corporate HR initiatives aligned with the business strategy. You will advise management on HR issues, interpret policies, handle employee relations, and administer benefits and compensation programs.

You will partner with leadership on organization structure, succession planning, and development, while coordinating orientation and training needs for employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR administration principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and counsel to management on HR issues.
• Interprets policies & procedures for management and employees.
• Handles employee relations issues.
• Administers PBV benefits and compensation programs.
• Partners with management on organization structure, succession planning and development.
• Conducts new hire orientation and training needs assessments.
