Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR Generalist roles, strong compliance knowledge, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This is a part-time role with potential to expand into full-time as client base grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience across multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to develop, implement, and update HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on HR best practices and compliance.
• Evaluate and enhance clients' HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Identify HR needs and deliver tailored solutions for client objectives.
• Conduct HR audits, develop reports, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Support performance management, organizational development, and change initiatives.
• Occasional backup trainer for client-facing HR workshops.
