Workforce Solutions & MBE CPAs seeks an HR professional moving from administrative HR toward strategic, client-facing consulting. You will support a variety of organizations across industries, gaining hands-on experience with HR consulting, recruiting, compliance, and HR technology solutions.

The role offers growth into HR Consultant, HRBusiness Partner, or HR leadership, with exposure to 250+ employees across 19 offices and the chance to learn from experienced HR consultants and business

Qualifications

• Has HR experience to hit the ground running.
• Wants to move from administrative HR toward strategic consulting.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse clients and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support client and internal teams through HR projects.
• Assist with benefits and leave administration.
• Manage HRIS and compliance tasks.
• Develop and update policy and handbook content.
• Lead client consulting projects.
• Support recruiting and talent initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations and HR tech/process improvements.
