Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows HR policies to ensure legal compliance and reporting.
• Maintains compliance with state employment regulations.
• Administers HR plans and procedures for facility personnel.
• Performs recruitment activities and writes/places advertisements.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees.
• Conducts new employee orientations.
• Maintains records for benefits, hires, promotions, terminations, and government reporting.
• Coordinates training for managers in interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Assists with special events and staff scheduling at the front desk.
