Job summary

Under the HR Manager, you will manage candidate communications, verify documents, and ensure compliant record-keeping while delivering exceptional service to candidates and campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ year HR experience with recruitment support.
• Experience with payroll processing and Dayforce or similar HRIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing Logistics: Post requisitions, review resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding, verify I-9, coordinate background checks, update statuses.
• Payroll Execution & Timekeeping: Audit timesheets, process wage adjustments, verify leave balances.
• Employee Relations Support: Serve as point of contact for inquiries, assist with policy questions, coordinate recognition programs.
• Personnel Records & Compliance: Maintain confidential files in compliance with laws.
