Job summary

TLD America in Morgantown, WV is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary liaison between employees and the corporate office, supporting a high-performance culture. You will validate payroll with the central office, answer questions, maintain HR records, and coordinate training including EH&S programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and HRIS/HRMS systems is required.
• Experience organizing and delivering training programs, including EH&S topics, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting employees throughout the organization.
• Validate payroll received from the central office, and support employees with payroll questions and issues.
• Serve as a back-up to the administrator in WIN when needed.
• Recruit for open positions or work with regional recruiter to fill roles in a timely manner.
• Organize, schedule, and record training activities for factory, hourly, and salaried employees.
• Oversee and deliver training programs on Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) topics.
• Act as office coordinator: order office supplies and coordinate visitors, meals, reservations, corporate activities, and other administrative support as required.
• Upkeep and maintain HR records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Communicate and coordinate with regional HR Managers (HRMs) and the group HR Director (HRD).
• Act in compliance with ethical and business conduct rules in accordance with group procedures and policy.
