Health Solutions is hiring a full-time HR and Staff Development Assistant to support onboarding, training logistics, and HR programs at our Southern Colorado locations. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong organization, and customer service in a busy healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, maintaining records, assisting with events, and ensuring Relias LMS and training spaces run smoothly. A high school diploma and Colorado driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year in a professional office setting; HR experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Valid Colorado driver''s license and reliable transportation for work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR and Staff Development by maintaining confidential records and onboarding.
• Coordinate training logistics and manage Relias LMS activities.
• Assist with HR events, audits, and benefits documentation.
• Prepare training rooms and ensure equipment is set up and ready.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to employee inquiries in a professional manner.
