Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR or related field with 3+ years HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• SHRM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for policies, benefits, and HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, documentation, and communications.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS with data integrity.
• Support benefits, leave, and accommodation processes.
• Assist managers with employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support HR programs, training, and workforce reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll and department leaders to resolve issues.
