Job summary

The Center at Cordera in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in a full-time, in-office role. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations to support a positive, compliant workplace.

Required: 3-5+ years HR experience (2+ in a leadership/generalist role) and knowledge of healthcare labor laws. Bachelor's degree preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management/generalist role.
• Healthcare HR experience highly preferred.

• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
