Job summary

Marand USA, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support recruitment, onboarding, workforce readiness and day-to-day HR support across a mixed professional, technical, operational and skilled trade workforce.

Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will build trusted relationships, implement scalable people processes, and Coach leaders on performance and employee relations while aligning with US employment laws and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and supporting mixed workforces.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on workforce planning, recruitment, engagement and people priorities.
• Support recruitment across professional, technical, operational and skilled trade roles.
• Build local talent pipelines through workforce agencies, technical schools, industry networks and community partnerships.
• Support onboarding, induction and workforce readiness for new starters.
• Coach leaders on performance, conduct, investigations and employee relations matters.
• Provide practical HR advice that balances business needs with employee experience and risk.
