Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Experience coordinating a recruiting process or HR function independently preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding from posting to offer, coordinating interviews and pre-employment activities
• Administer benefits, leaves (FMLA) and open enrollment communications
• Maintain HR records and employee data in systems; generate reports and audits
• Support workplace culture and employee communications; assist HR projects and policies
• Liaise with HR Manager on policy interpretation and issue escalation
