Job summary

Bowser-Morner Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR services across the organization, including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits support, leave administration, employee records, and HR operations.

This hands-on role serves as a first point of contact for routine employee questions and collaborates with the HR Manager on policy interpretation and escalation. It offers progressive experience across multiple HR areas.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of human resources experience, including hands-on experience with recruiting, on-boarding, and benefits administration, required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience independently coordinating a recruiting process or another HR function strongly preferred

• Benefits administration, eligibility, enrollment, and leave management
• Maintain HR records, onboarding processes, and employee communications; support workplace culture and engagement initiatives
