Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or HR support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience presenting to groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
• Assist in the recruitment process: posting openings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding for new hires and orientation materials.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures promptly.
• Assist with administrative duties related to the bank’s benefits plan.
• Coordinate and assist with employee training sessions and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and assist payroll processing as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team to improve processes and employee experience.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
