Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: post openings, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates.
  • Support onboarding for new hires with documentation and orientation materials.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to the bank's benefits plan.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll processing as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team to improve processes and employee experience.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
