Job summary

Sky Dine, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR operations and act as a resource for employees across the organization.

The role involves recording and documenting in the HRIS system, handling payroll procedures, and assisting with onboarding, compensation, policy administration, Leave administration, training, and development while ensuring compliance with employment policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR/payroll experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Business Administration/Human Resources preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Acute attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare biweekly payroll.
• Administer electronic payroll/HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).
• Coordinate between Payroll/HR and other departments for data flow and reporting.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates and compliance.
• Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
• Provide pay-related documents and verifications.
• Assist daily HR department operations.
• Maintain HR department document retention.
• Assist with department improvement activities.
